The Chennai International Fashion Week (CIFW), which will be taking place from 14th to 20th December at the Hotel Le Royal Meridien, will have 30 fashion shows, 60 fashion models from 10 countries and 1500 outfits.

Vogue Fem: Kitty Destruction

Vogue fem is a style of dance created by the LGBT community. It involves five elements: hands, catwalk, duckwalk, spins & dips. Everyone has there own style of vogue. I like to be soft and dainty in my style. My outfit is a laced bustiere and decorative panties with black tights. My face is accessorized with a kitty mask. My style of vogue is accompanied by an effect, which is my outfit.

Singer & Designer Collaboration

The Mary J. Blige Center for Women recently opened in Yonkers, New York. The center is a partnership between The Foundation For the Advancement of Women Now (FFAWN) and Westchester Jewish Community Services (WCJS). Creative director for Gucci, Frida Giannini, Blige and Steve Stoute gathered for the opening.

"The center has three central goals: to educate, empower and encourage women, noted Blige."

Giannini has designed a limited edition, stainless steel women's watch, with a portion of the proceeds to beneifit FFAWN. The watch, which retails for $1,895, is available at Gucci stores, gucci.com and select department stores.

Last Night was awesome at Club Aurora featuring Lil Kim. She performed around 2 am as her body guards led her to the stage. The first song she performed was DRUGS in her black leather dress with caged heels that incased diamonds on her heels. I was so into her performance that I forgot the rest of the songs she performed. She held my hand as she swayed side to side. It was definitely a moment to remember. Kim was petite from her hands to her feet. This is my second time seeing Kim.

Gossip Girl returns tonight for Season 3 over at CW with Episode 1 entitled Reversals of Fortune. Watch Gossip Girl Season 3 premier starting 9 / 8 PM Central.

In this season premier, summer is ending and Blair and Chuck are in love and adjusting to their new “in a relationship” status, breaking all traditional rules of dating as would be expected.

Meanwhile, Serena returns from her European adventure with many secrets to hide and a complicated relationship with Carter Baizen. While, Nate returns from his travels with a mysterious brunette, Bree Buckley.

My name is Sir Karsen. This is my last year at Virginia Commonwealth University. In June 2010, I will be moving to NYC to began my career in fashion. My 4 years at VCU has taught me how to do thorough research, spot emerging trends, and listen to the voice of the consumer. My eye for fashion in unique and deserves a spot in the lime light.
